2D Commissions

When your commission has been accepted you will be added to a queue that you can find on THIS page. It will allow you to easily keep track of your commissions progress so you don’t have to email Pegasus and ask about it.

• We will only work on one commission at a time and we work on the commissions in the order that we received them, because we believe that this is the most fair for everyone.
• As such you may have to wait several weeks or more for your commission to be completed.

Commissions are worked on in addition to our own original comics so it is important that you understand that we will split our time between working on our original projects and your commission.  Work on commissions can also be halted at any time or cancelled entire due to unforeseen circumstances, by making a commission you are not guaranteed to receive anything. This last sentence may seem duplicitous but we assure you that we are not trying to scam you, the line exists solely to protect Ps-Comics from any liability that may arise from dealing with unreasonable people. 

• Once you reach first place in the queue, we estimate that it will take about 1 week to complete your Artwork commission.

However these are just conservative estimates as every commission presents a different challenge and will take a different amount of time to be completed. Some may be slower many will be faster.

• Once work on your commission has been completed a download link will be sent to your email.
• Your commission will also be posted on PS-Comics.com as well as on any other websites where PS-Comics shares it’s content.

• Pegasus Smith reserves all rights to the commissioned work, it’s story, characters. and contents within.
• You are not allowed to post your commissions on other websites without first getting written concent from Ps-comics.

We reserve the right to change or otherwise update these terms and conditions at any time, at our own discretion and without notice. Please understand that by commissioning an artwork or a comic from us you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions, so make sure that you have read them all carefully before you pay for anything.

The contents of the artwork or comic can be anything that you’d like, as long as it is legal. The purpose of this service is to fulfill your fantasy so please don’t be afraid to express yourself freely and ask for anything you want. We make no judgments and we are happy to do almost any kind of fetish content. 

There are however a few things that we don’t do, such as.

• Extreme violence and gore. aka Guro.
• Snuff content.
• Gay or Yaoi content, basically anything with regards to male homosexuality.
• Transsexual themes. Crossdressing or Genderbender etc.

Commission requests for comics or artwork containing these themes will most likely be declined. You are still free to ask but don’t expect to have your request accepted.Requests for other content that haven’t been listed here may also be rejected, commissions are accepted based solely on our discretion, there are no guarantees.

We recommend that you use Paypal to pay for your commissions. It’s fast and easy to use, and we have provided you with a quick link in the payment section below, so all you have to do is click on it, and you will be taken straight to the payment page.

• If you aren’t able to use Paypal other arrangements can be made but you’ll have to contact Pegasus Smith for that.
• Regardless of how you pay, by making a commission you agree to the terms that are listed on this website.

We will not take responsibility for any loss of funds that you may incur because of your own mistakes, and we cannot control how Paypal or any other service will handle any problems that you might run into because of a misunderstanding or error on your part. This is why it is very important that you understand how to use your payment processor of choice before you send any money to Ps-Comics.

NO REFUNDS!

• We don’t do Refunds of any kind under any circumstance, every payment is final.

The reason for this is that once you have been added to the commission queue, you are actively taking a reserved spot that could otherwise be given to someone else, as such we may have to turn down other potential commissions and turn away potential clients. By refunding you we would effectively incur a loss of revenue not only from you but from other potential clients that may have been turned away during the period that you were taking up a spot in the queue.
Please understand that by commissioning artwork or a comic from us you are automatically agreeing to all of these terms and conditions, make sure that you have read them all carefully before you pay for anything.
