After surviving the wilderness in Part 1, the Lauren and her son Johnny seek refuge at a remote house, owned by Cletus and his crude sons.
Johnny has suffered a venomous snake bite and Cletus convinces Lauren that the only remedy is for Lauren to “relieve” her son’s persistent erections – forcing her into humiliating acts under the voyeuristic gaze of his hillbilly family.
